Shipping within Germany:

We ship our products within Germany via the courier service DHL.

Shipping Costs:

For prepayment: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the shipment and range between €5.99 and €9.99.

Free shipping within Germany: Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €249.

Shipping abroad:

We ship our products to most European countries. During the ordering process, the destination country is selected when providing the delivery address. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the dimensions and shipping location.

Delivery Time:

Order processing in our online shop takes a maximum of 4 working days from receipt of order and payment. Additionally, there is the courier service's delivery time, which is a maximum of 2-3 working days.

For orders from countries outside the European Union, additional customs and import duties may apply.
