How to use the pillow?

To heat the heating pad, place the cherry stone bag in the microwave (600 W for 2 minutes) or in the oven (temp. 100° - 120°C for approx. 20 minutes). To make a cold compress, place the bag in the freezer (for about 30-40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of the cherry stones, the MMN warm or cold heating pad can be placed directly on the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.

How do you care for the MMN heating pad?

You can wash the pillow cover according to the instructions on the label. We don't wash the cherry stone bag.
